Learners are required to complete this logbook on a daily basis to make sure that they have enough evidence that they are ready to perform their duties at the workplace.
List all Ohs related (Health and Safety) activities that you perform at the workplace as prove that you understand the content of this training session. You need to be able to implement the contents in the workplace.
Things that you can list but no limited:
Attending safety meetings, Performing a risk assessment on a certain machine, or goods at the workplace, inspect the workplace, report anything that is unsafe, prepare a toolbox talk, revised a safe working procedure, conduct a planned task observation, etc.
This forms part of the competent assessment and counts 50% of your overall score.
