This course is structured to ensure that a full understanding of legal liabilities and responsibilities is clearly understood by all learners.
It covers Section 16 of the Ohs Act “Chief executive officer charged with certain duties”.
It is more structured for the higher level of employees and who are usually answerable for the health and safety of others.
This course is aimed at all managers and Supervisors Executives Management Representatives 16.1 and 16.2 Appointees.
