Course Outcome: Microsoft Excel Introduction Training

  1. Proficiency in Excel Basics: You will become comfortable with the Excel interface and navigation, and learn basic functions such as creating spreadsheets, entering data, and saving files in various formats.
  2. Advanced Data Manipulation: You will learn to use advanced functions for data manipulation and analysis, such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, and various statistical functions.
  3. Data Visualization Skills: You will gain the ability to create and customize charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data.
  4. Efficiency with Excel Tools: You will become proficient in using Excel tools such as Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and What-If Analysis tools.
  5. Mastery of Excel Formulas: You will learn to create complex formulas to automate calculations and data analysis tasks.
  6. Macro and VBA Understanding: Depending on the depth of the course, you may also learn to create macros and use Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automation tasks.
  7. Improved Productivity: Overall, your productivity when working with data will improve, as you will be able to complete tasks more quickly and accurately.

Course Structure:

After finishing the course, you will be able to effectively demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental principles of spreadsheets.
Create, open, and save spreadsheets.
Produce a spreadsheet from a given specification.
Edit a spreadsheet.
Format a spreadsheet.
Check spelling in a spreadsheet.
Print a spreadsheet using features specific to spreadsheets.

Upon completion of the course, an attendance certificate will subsequently be issued in an electronic format, specifically in PDF
