Contractor Safety Management Course Description:
Contractor Safety Management course provides a structured and legally grounded approach to managing contractor safety in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and relevant Construction Regulations. It is designed to help employers, safety officers, and project managers understand their legal obligations when engaging contractors, including the critical role of Section 37(2) agreements in transferring duties and ensuring accountability.
